Product Return and Exchange Policy

After ordering online, it is the responsibility of a conscious customer to check the product or products from the delivery man and understand them, so the customer can check the product in front of the delivery man and if there is any dissatisfaction, he can return the product to the delivery man. There is no opportunity to accept any kind of return and exchange after receiving the product from the delivery man.

Refund Policy

The refund process for any of our products is completed within 2 working days of taking the necessary steps. The refund process will be updated within 2 working days after the refund is completed and if there is any complaint related to the refund, we must be informed within 2 days of the refund process, otherwise no complaint related to the refund will be accepted. If there is a problem in the proper customer communication process, the refund process will end through the same channel through which the order transaction was initiated, and no customer complaint will be accepted for this.

After the customer places the order, once the delivery process has started and the product has been delivered to the courier, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the delivery charge and service charge and 1.85% from the original amount. The entire process will be completed within 7 to 10 working days.
